stable internet fast internet st james's street nearby restaurants large tv small room missing ironing board uncleaned carpet
my room had a large tv and stable, fast internet access. i also found the location to be perfect for my needs. st james's street shops and restaurants were nearby.
i found no ironing board or place to iron my clothes. the room was small, so accommodating two single beds was a challenge. the carpet also needed vacuuming when i arrived.

faulty remote narrow stairs
my attic double room was mostly fine however the tv remote did not work i tried new batteries but had no luck. also i was not happy to find no lift access to the upper floors the narrow stairs were difficult with my luggage. it was inconvenient staff should offer assistance.

a decent stay overall
great location convenient bus noisy room loud shower
the location was good, near the pier. a bus goes directly from the train station to almost outside the hotel, on the seafront (it was quite convenient). the room included everything i needed.
the room was quite noisy, being near the entrance. i could hear the shower from the room next door, and it was loud (like a jackhammer).

excellent shower cosy room good wifi
the shower was excellent. the room was cosy. the wifi worked well. i could get to the shops within a minute.
i found no staff on site.
